\u00f6\u011frenmenin gereklili\u011fi ile \u00e7ok fayda sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frularken, Gardinya Akta, &#8220;E\u011fitim g\u00fczeldi ve \u00f6\u011fretim y\u00f6ntemi ak\u0131c\u0131yd\u0131, birinci seviyeyi ge\u00e7memize yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan ve bu t\u00fcr \u00fccretsiz kurslar sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00d6nder Derne\u011fi&#8217;ne yararlan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla 1 Temmuz&#8217;da ikinci T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6\u011frenme kursunu ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmekte fayda
